Everything was simply very good. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and efficient. We had the twin room which was absolutely perfect and new-fashioned with a view over the hills. The price was £ 320. The free parking was on site, very good service.

We discovered this place while on a road trip and decided to stay for a weekend. And let me tell you, we were not disappointed! The location is perfect, right next to the adventure park, which provided us with plenty of activities for a couple of days. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and airport shuttle all available. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room itself exceeded our expectations, with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, where we were able to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, even surprising me with a birthday cake on the last day. our stay here was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The park next door offers plenty of activities to keep you entertained, and the hotel itself provides a wide range of amenities and services.

I had a delightful stay at Pena Park. The hotel's location in the forest provided a tranquil and scenic backdrop, and my room offered a breathtaking view of the hills. The peaceful atmosphere was enhanced by the soothing sounds of birds chirping. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The comfortable beds and spacious room made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift of biscuits. Although I only stayed for one night, I would definitely return to this wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to a popular park and adventure center. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of breakfast items.
The spa and indoor pool were underwhelming - the water temperature was too cold and there was a lot of noise from children. the cleaning staff seemed understaffed as our room was only tidied up late in the afternoon on the second day of our stay.

Breakfast was good, and the rooms had a comfortable bed with a nice shower and view of the relaxing landscape. the staff were helpful and welcoming, and we loved the sound of live music after the dinner in the lobby which really surprised us.
The indoor pool with cold water, weak Wi-Fi, and a lack of experienced staff which made it hard to book reservations.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern interior design, complete with pieces of modern art. the views from the windows were breathtaking, and the total silence and fresh forest air created a romantic atmosphere.
the pool and pool area were quite small for the size of the hotel, and they often became overcrowded. the pool towels provided were thin and uncomfortable, and the pool beds were hard without cushions.

I had a memorable stay in a hotel located amidst nature, surrounded by the Geres area and towering mountains. The modern hotel facilities included a great spa and pool. Parking was convenient and staff were friendly, multilingual, and attentive. The breakfast offered an amazing, extensive range of options.
Almost perfect.
